Shipping & Restrictions: Outside Singapore
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
We will be engaging DHL and FedEx for all parcel deliveries outside Singapore, subject to availability.
delivery fee will be calculated upon check-out and will be shown on the payment page.
Please ensure you have keyed in your postal code (where applicable) correctly under the section before submitting your order.
Note: If the shipping fee is shown as $0 in your order page, that is usually due to the wrong postal code format.
REFUND AND RETURNS
As of 1st July 2023, we no longer accept requests for refund and return from overseas for the following reasons:
- Recipients’ refusal to pay custom duties, VAT and consumption tax imposed by their local customs.
- Recipients do not carry necessary documents, certificates and/or licenses as required by their local customs for import.
Shipping, Taxes, Duties and Fees
International orders may be subjected to import policies, import taxes, customs duties and fees levied, depending on the relevant laws and policies from various destination countries and their respective customs. Therefore, it is essential that you, as the customer, first understand such restrictions from the destination country’s custom office before you place an order with us.
IMPORTANT: When you are making a purchase via our e-store, please note that:

- The final price quoted in your order DOES NOT include the relevant custom duties and taxes that you may be liable for; please contact the relevant authorities for more information on importing goods to the country of your choice.
- Please include a valid contact number (a mandatory requirement by shipping partners for ALL local and international orders) to ensure smooth deliveries of your orders.
Should your delivery fail due to the following reasons:
- Failure to make payment to the courier for the custom taxes and import duties
- Failure to get custom clearance by the destination country (including restriction on value of goods, lack of import license
In such cases, parcels that are rejected by the customs will be treated as sold, hence we regret to inform you that we will not be able to approve and allow any refunds to you.
CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS TO VARIOUS REGIONS (accurate as of 1 July 2023)
Delivery services are dependable on the respective couriers’ coverage, however please note that you are solely responsible for any custom duties, VAT and consumption tax as required by the customs at the destination countries.
INDONESIA
With effect from 1 August, 2021, the Indonesian tax ID number or NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) is now mandatory for import and export shipments. This applies to both businesses and personal shipments.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
For shipping addresses within the EU (European Union), please ensure that the recipient possess the Sanitary License as required by your local law. You will be liable for any shipping charges incurred if your parcel is rejected by your local customs due to lack of a license and returned to us eventually.
CHINA
As per specified by China customs, the total value of the order should not exceed 1,000 Chinese Yuan if your order contains more than 1 item.
MALAYSIA
Due to restrictions by local authorities, you may only be allowed to purchase up to maximum of 2 bottles of supplements for personal use. There are no restrictions on importing external applications, i.e. balm and liniment.
VIETNAM
As per specifications by Vietnam customs, you will be required to pay duties and taxes on your shipment if the total value of the order exceeds VND1,000,000.
AUSTRALIA
As per specified by Australian customs, you will be required to pay duties and taxes on your shipment if the total value of the order exceeds AUD1,000.
United States
As per specified by US customs, you will be required to pay duties and taxes on your shipment if the total value of the order exceeds US$800.
You are also required to declare with your local authorities in advance for any incoming parcels.
United Kingdom
As per specified by UK customs, you will be required to pay duties and taxes on your shipment if the total value of the order exceeds EUR150.
