Please ensure you have keyed in your postal or zip code (where applicable) correctly before submitting your order. If your order page shows the shipping fee as $0, it’s usually because the postal code format is incorrect.
Singapore deliveries (FREE above SGD30 per order)
Singapore deliveries are FREE above SGD30 per order and just SGD1.99 for orders of SGD30.00 and below. Delivery services are not available to P.O. Box areas and restricted areas, e.g., Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island), and island areas, e.g., Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, and Lazarus Island.
Outside Singapore deliveries
- Express Shipping: Available to most countries outside Singapore and takes 3 to 7 working days.
- Standard Shipping: Available to selected countries only (including Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam) and takes up to 21 working days.
Gross weight
Please note that the gross weight of a product refers to the gross weight of the product (including its own box if any), but does not include the carton or other form of packaging material for international delivery.
Shipping, Taxes, Duties and Fees
All product prices include the prevailing Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 9% (as of 2025).
International orders may be subject to import policies, import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the respective countries. Please find out about such restrictions from your local customs office before placing an order with us.
Important: When you make a purchase on our website:

- Please include a valid contact number (a mandatory requirement by shipping partners for ALL local and international orders) to ensure smooth deliveries of your orders.
Refunds & returns
For the following reasons, we do not accept refund or return requests, and we will consider the products sold.
- Recipients’ refusal to pay custom duties, VAT, and consumption tax imposed by their local customs.
- Recipients do not possess necessary documents, certificates, and/or licenses as required by their local customs for import.
Customs requirements and restrictions (accurate as of 1 July 2023)
Delivery services are dependable on the respective couriers’ coverage. However, please note that you are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and consumption tax as required by the customs at the destination countries.
Indonesia
The Indonesian tax ID number, or NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) is mandatory for import and export shipments for both business and personal shipments.
European Union (EU)
Please ensure that the recipient possesses the Sanitary License as required by your local/EU laws. If your local customs reject your parcel for the lack of this license and return it to us, you will be responsible for any shipping charges.
China PRC
The total value of the order should not exceed 1,000 Chinese Yuan if your order contains more than 1 item.
Malaysia
Local authorities may restrict you to purchasing a maximum of 2 bottles of supplements for personal use. There are no restrictions on importing external applications, i.e., balm and liniment.
Vietnam
You will be required to pay duties and taxes on your shipment if the total value of the order exceeds VND 1,000,000.
Australia
You will be required to pay duties and taxes on your shipment if the total value of the order exceeds AUD1,000.
United States
You will be required to pay duties and taxes on your shipment if the total value of the order exceeds US$800, and notify your local authorities in advance about the incoming parcels.
United Kingdom
You will be required to pay duties and taxes on your shipment if the total value of the order exceeds EUR150, and notify your local authorities in advance about the incoming parcels.
