DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS – SINGAPORE
We will be engaging local courier services for deliveries within Singapore.
Delivery fee is chargeable at SGD1.99 for orders with total value at SGD30.00 and below.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Delivery services are not available to P.O Box areas and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS – OUTSIDE SINGAPORE
There are two types of shipping methods for overseas addresses:
- Express Shipping – Available to most countries outside Singapore.
- Standard Shipping (from 1st Oct 2024 onwards) – Available to selected countries only.
Express shipping (FedEx and DHL) takes 3-7 working days, whereas standard shipping requires up to 21 working days.
* Due to an ongoing technical issue, shipping charges may not be automatically included in the payment even after check out.
From 1st Oct 2024 onwards, standard shipping will be available to the following countries:
- Malaysia
- Vietnam
- Philippines
