REFUND OR RETURNS

As of 1st July 2023, we no longer accept requests for refund and returns for the following reasons:

1. Recipients’ refusal to pay custom duties, VAT and consumption tax imposed by their local customs.
2. Recipients do not carry necessary documents, certificates and/or licenses as required by their local customs for import.

COUNTRY-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS

Orders to:

• Countries in EU region require recipients to possess the Sanitary License (for supplements).
• China (mainland) should not exceed 1,000 Chinese Yuan (人民币) in total value.
• Indonesia requires the Indonesian tax ID number or NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak).
• Malaysia may only contain Rheuma-Salve items due to Malaysia customs’ restriction on health supplements.
