Refunds or returns

As of 1st July 2023, we no longer accept requests for refunds and returns for the following reasons:

  1. Recipients’ refusal to pay custom duties, VAT, and consumption tax imposed by their local customs.
  2. Recipients do not carry necessary documents, certificates, and/or licenses as required by their local customs for import.

Country-specific restrictions

Orders to:

  • EU nations require recipients to possess the Sanitary License (for supplements).
  • China (mainland) orders should not exceed 1,000 Chinese Yuan (人民币) in total value.
  • Indonesia requires the Indonesian tax ID number, or NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak).
  • Malaysia may only contain Rheuma-Salve items due to Malaysia customs’ restriction on health supplements.
  • Mexico requires any body cream products (such as Rheuma-Salve) to have an import permit. Please ensure you have such a permit before ordering.
  • The United States of America (USA) now imposes new “reciprocal/import tariffs” from most countries, and so customers are liable for these import taxes collected by American authorities.
  • NMN cannot be sold in Australia, China, Europe, or the USA. Please check with your local health authority and/or doctor if you can purchase NMN-related products for use.
